Overview
The Advance Personal Leadership programme is not a conventional executive education programme. This emotionally challenging programme builds your resilience, reveals vulnerabilities and amplifies your strengths, leading to stronger relationships and greater impact.
It takes leaders through an expertly facilitated process, underpinned by powerful evidence-based psychodynamic techniques.
You will be guided through challenging and unexplored learning zones, where real change occurs. You will gain self-awareness, see what’s working, what needs to change, and how to move your leadership forward.
A psychodynamic approach uncovers the unconscious drivers and emotions shaping your decisions and relationships, enhancing how you lead.
As part of the application process, you will have a consultation call with our team to ensure the programme is right for you.

The Henley Advanced Personal Leadership Programme is entirely practical, delivered through group work and discussions, real-life leadership challenges and one-to-one coaching. You will 'learn by doing' and explore the leadership styles that work for you.
The programme runs for a total of six and a half days:

Programme Director Dr Robyn Vesey works with senior teams and leaders developing relational and systemic awareness to enhance leadership in complex and dynamic environments. A leadership consultant and chartered clinical psychologist, she specialises in organisational dynamics and leadership consultancy, working with senior leaders across public, charity and commercial sectors.
