Angela Ng is a Henley Business School PhD student in the department of Leadership, Organisations, Behaviour and Reputation.

With two decades of experience in Asia and Pacific's advertising, marketing and communications industry, Angela has successfully transitioned into learning and development as a lecturer and corporate trainer. She is dedicated to leveraging her extensive leadership background to uncover scientific strategies for enhancing workplace wellbeing. Her research interests are varied and include emotional literacy, emotional labour, workplace wellbeing, empathetic leadership and culture for wellbeing.

She holds an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology, which she earned from Anglia Ruskin University in 2020. Prior to that, her undergraduate qualification was a BA in Marketing and Media from Murdoch University (Australia) in 1996.
