From Thames Valley to the world
Henley stands out on the global stage for its extensive reach. We boast remarkable talent, recognising the pivotal role of the right individuals have in fostering your business's growth. As a respected international business school, with a network spanning over 100,000 alumni across 165 countries, we offer a diverse pool of students eager for professional opportunities. From diverse programs, our students seek entry-level positions or aspire to more senior roles, showcasing their brightness, ambition, and proactive nature.
With the University of Reading placing 3rd for Best University for Work Experience 2024-25 at the RateMyPlacement Awards, this proves that our students feel well equipped and supported when looking for work experience, and are ready to join your organisation.
Interested in recruiting our students?
As a careers team, we take pride in nurturing their personal and professional growth, and like to work closely with employers to understand your recruitment requirements and company culture to ensure our students are a great fit for your organisation.
Early Talent Recruitment - Engaging with our students
Our team organises different types of events for our Undergraduate and Masters (MSc and MA) students to engage with each semester through the academic year taking both place in person and online, including webinars, frequent industry insight sessions, and our flagship annual Placements Fair. These are a great way to get initial access to our early talent and your build brand awareness with them.
More on this can be found in the Employer Brochure
Event attendance and promotion are a complimentary service for employers, along with postings for job opportunities which we share with students via My Jobs Online, our weekly Henley Careers newsletter, social media channels exclusive to our students, and promotion on screens and boards within the Henley Business School building directly for our footfall to see.
Experienced Talent Recruitment
We develop ethically grounded leaders through our sense of community responsibility. We help our students through our strong networks and through the breadth and depth of our relationships with industry.
Our students are empowered to be unafraid to speak up and call out; they’re the disruptive voice that needs to be heard. Acting responsibly and doing the right thing are woven into their courses, while their energy for making business better is nothing short of infectious.
Our MBA programmes empower our students to become an exceptional leader who think and act with clarity, confidence and conviction. Personal and professional development are woven into the fabric of our MBA degree. You can gain access to our MBA students for consultancy projects, and all levels of experienced hire roles in your organisation.
