Library

Henley Business School is home to two dedicated Business Libraries, which provide specialist support and resources to our faculty and students.

Our knowledgeable staff are always on hand to provide further help and advice. Both Libraries are supplemented by the University’s main library.

Greenlands campus

The Henley Business School Library at our Greenlands campus is for the exclusive use of faculty, Henley’s MBA and DBA programme members, students on Apprenticeship programmes, participants on short open programmes, and alumni. It provides:

  • A loan collection of core texts, journals and reports.
  • Reference copies of DBA theses and MBA Management Challenges.
  • Inter-Library loans via the University’s main library.
  • Electronic databases and resources through the Library Online.
  • There is a Quiet Study Space (QSS) which is open 24 hours with computers, printing, and scanning facilities

  • Sat-Sun: 09:00-17:00

Whiteknights campus

Located at the heart of the Business School, the Henley Business School Library at our Whiteknights campus is for the exclusive use of faculty and Henley’s undergraduate, postgraduate, masters and PhD students. It provides:

  • A loan collection of books.
  • Specialist publications, papers, journals and reports available through a searchable online catalogue.
  • Space for study.
  • Electronic databases and resources through the Library Online.
  • PC access for catalogue and internet use.
  • Colour printing, photocopying, and binding.

The campus is also home to the University of Reading main library, which has recently undergone a major refurbishment, houses over a million publications including a wide range of texts spanning all areas of business. You will also find silent study areas, group study rooms, PC suites and a popular café for when you need a well deserved break.

Across campus you will enjoy access to 24-hour a day PC facilities and wireless internet use. Email and file storage services are provided to all students and can be accessed from anywhere, including through mobile devices, allowing you to study where and when it suits you. In addition, interactive online tools, including Blackboard, are used to provide you with extensive learning materials throughout your studies.
