NOTE
To progress on the MScCBC in January 2025, all participants need to have begun (or completed) the Henley Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching (Module 1 of the MScCBC) before the end of September 2024. Those who have completed the Henley PCEC (within the last 5 years) are exempt from Module 1. Exemption also possible for candidates with recognised prior experiential learning (subject to approval, and only for study of the PG Diploma or full MScCBC).
All programmes are subject to limited availability. We recommend applying a minimum of 4 weeks before the programme start date to guarantee sufficient time for your enrolment and on-boarding.
Overview
The MSc in Coaching for Behavioural Change is a flexible, part-time programme that empowers you to become more confident, self-aware and effective as a coach.
Driven by research and led by experienced tutors, the programme is delivered in a workshop style that lets you practise new skills and techniques in a safe environment.
You will gain insight into the processes involved in behavioural change, as well as the organisational context for coaching and the dynamics of coaching relationships. You will also have valuable time to reflect and network with a supportive group of peers.

Coaching for Behavioural Change Notes for Applicants
You will typically have a minimum of 5 years' management experience. We also welcome applications from candidates with substantial knowledge, experience and skills in a relevant field who do not meet these requirements.
The programme is conducted in English. An excellent level of English is therefore essential and proficiency testing may be requested.
Exemptions
Participants who have completed the Henley Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching (PCEC) within the last 5 years are exempt from Module 1 in Stage 1. * Those who have completed the Henley PCEC (within the last 5 years) are exempt from Module 1. Exemption is also possible for candidates with recognised prior experiential learning (RPEL) (subject to approval, and only for study of the PG Diploma or full MScCBC) from within the previous 5 years.
Fees
2024 Pricing: £24,650 (in-person or online). VAT exempt. Includes the Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching. £18,700 if exempt from Module 1 (PCEC). Excludes accommodation.
2025 Pricing: £25,400 (in-person or online) VAT exempt. Includes the Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching. £19,240 if exempt from Module 1 (PCEC). Excludes accommodation.
The fee is invoiced per programme stage and can be paid instalments, subject to agreement.
Intake dates
Intakes for Module 1, the Henley Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching, are scheduled regularly throughout the year.

The Henley Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching (completed during Stage 1 of this MSc) is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Association for Coaching (AC) and the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC). This recognises the quality of the learning experience and provides the option for individual accreditation with any or all of these bodies following successful completion of the programme.
