Insight driven customer relationships
This research project will investigate key insights that have typically driven customer relationships in the past (e.g. engaging conversations, feedback mechanisms). It will also
• Identify the insights and methods that organisations are currently utilising to improve customer relationships and competitive brand performance
• Gain an understanding of how technology and innovation (such as AI) can provide insights to influence customer behaviour and relationships in the future
• Gain an understanding of how best to configure channels to optimise the opportunity to improve customer relationships.
