Effective director and board practice: enhancing governance in Romania

This joint research project between Envisia and Henley Business School explored enhancing the skills, ethical standards and capabilities of Romanian board directors to improve the governance of organisations and the nation. It comprised of interviews with corporate and public sector boards.
