Our aim is to offer insights into global workforce and people management challenges through the World of Work Institute and The Dunning Centre of International Business and Strategy.
Our approach to human resource management is interdisciplinary and as such, our experts draw from the departments of International Business and Strategy, and Leadership, Organisational Behaviour and Reputation.
We contribute to the full range of Henley Business School's offering, including undergraduate and postgraduate Masters programmes, PhD opportunities, apprenticeship programmes, the globally accredited Henley MBA, and Henley’s open and custom executive programmes.

International Business and Strategy department
International Business and Strategy is one of six academic areas within Henley Business School at the University of Reading. We contribute to Henley Business School’s distinctive undergraduate and postgraduate Masters programmes, the globally recognised Henley MBA and its executive programmes.
For over 40 years we have stood at the forefront of teaching and research in international business. We continue to help define the research agenda in the fields of international business and international business history.
