Henley Centre for Leadership's research is widely acclaimed, with highlights including research publications, conference presentations and blogs.
HCL's most notable activity is the 'Work 2028 - Trends, Dilemmas and Choices' Report, delivered by Professor Bernd Vogel, Director of Henley Centre for Leadership, and Obiageli Heidelberger-Nkenke, PhD student in Leadership, Organisations and Behaviour, partnered with Deutsche Telekom and Detecon International.
New book series
Transformative Thinking and Practice in Leadership and its Development. This series works as a translator and bridge-builder between outstanding practice and research in leadership and its development.
It explores contemporary, demanding and accessible developments in research, research-led practice and excellence in the practice of leadership and leadership development. In the first volume, Dr Sharon Varney explores Leadership in Complexity and Change: For a World in Constant Motion. In Volume 2, Aidan McQuade considers Ethical Leadership: Moral Decision-Making Under Pressure.

Leading Healthy and Productive Post-Pandemic Workplaces - Leader Resilience
The second of the Henley Centre for Leadership Webinar series in 2022 took place on 15 February, through Zoom.
In this session, Dr Caroline Rook and Dr Chris Dalton delved further into the concept of leader resilience, with the aim of uncovering questions and assumptions that allow us to meaningfully engage in better practice for healthy and productive post-pandemic workplaces.
