Collaboration opportunities
Henley Centre for Leadership (HCL) is engaged with multiple international organisations, collaborating to drive outstanding leadership research. There are two main collaborative outlets: Leadership@Henley and the HCL Lab.
Leadership@Henley is Henley Centre for Leadership's community of practice, designed to generate ideas and enhance the quality of all leadership education at Henley Business School. The group comprises members of faculty in HCL alongside professionals from Executive Education, visiting tutors, alumni and others interested in promoting excellence in leadership knowledge transfer. This transfer of knowledge is achieved by sharing examples of up-to-date drivers of leadership knowledge, from both industry and our other partners, and by being open and generous with our research and leadership insights. Meetings take place twice a year and Leadership@Henley forms part of the Continuing Professional Development of all leadership educators at Henley Business School.
The Henley Centre for Leadership Lab brings leaders from world class organisations into an equal alliance with one another and with academic experts, with the shared goal of analysing, discovering and progressing. The Lab engages in peer-to-peer learning workshops, research studies and reports on the research findings for all the Lab organisations to benefit from. For more details about how to get involved and the benefits for companies, have a look at the Lab's dedicated page.
