Pathways to Property aims to widen access to the real estate profession by raising awareness of and aspirations about the vast range of careers available within the industry.
Providing support for young people to break into the real estate sector
Working in close partnership with the real estate sector, we are working to break down barriers for young people from under-represented backgrounds to access the industry.
We support future leaders to develop knowledge and experience, raise aspirations and access opportunities as they take their first steps towards becoming a future real estate professional.
