About the centre
The Centre for Real Estate and Planning Research (CREPR) is a major interdisciplinary Research Centre within Henley Business School. It is committed to addressing “real world” issues and has a longstanding reputation for excellent research influencing business practices and government policy; this was recognized in the UK Research Excellence Framework (2014), which rated 83% of our research quality world leading or internationally excellent.
It is predicted that three quarters of the world population will be “urban” by 2050 making more sustainable real estate development, land and resource use, investment and spatial planning critically important to study. Our interdisciplinary research portfolio is strategically placed to address these challenges, and brings together expert global knowledge in collaboration with our wide user networks and with other Henley and University of Reading research centres.
The Centre welcomes the opportunity to engage and work with research users and partners. If you want to explore further please contact; repschooloffice@reading.ac.uk.
