Digital Talent Academy (DTA) at Henley is an organisation specialised in providing digital training and consultancy to a diverse range of customers.
We are aiming to enhance digital competencies and employability of university graduates and individuals through training in digital technical and problem-solving skills; and to provide digital and management training and consultancy to organisations locally and globally.

Digital Talent Academy is dedicated to cultivating the next generation of digital leaders and talents through cutting-edge training programmes and industry-relevant skills development.
We aim to empower individuals and organisations with better leadership and talents in digital transformation.
The academy also acts as a hub for academics and business to meet and interact, and to add value to all parties.
Training programmes at the Digital Talent Academy
DTA provides three divisions of product and services.
- Leadership for Digital Transformation - for senior manager and professionals
- Future Leadership - for university students and industrial experts
- Digital competences and skills - for university students and industrial professionals
Attendees who successfully complete the courses will receive certificates authorised by Henley Business School and other business partners.
