Viki Alexander is a Lecturer in Coaching and Behavioural Change and and module convener for the Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching at Henley Business School.
As an executive coach, Viki takes a holistic approach to her work and is always interested in the whole person. She draws upon an eclectic mix of evidence-based approaches to support coachees to refocus, increase performance and improve wellbeing. Guided by her deep values of connection, with self, others, and nature, she creates a safe, nurturing space where clients can explore their authentic selves and discover their purpose.
She brings experience working in higher education, specifically through her work with corporate organisations to improve processes and enhance the quality of their existing coaching provision. Prior to that, Viki completed her MSc in Coaching for Behavioural Change at Henley Business School, focusing her research in equine coaching and exploring the benefits of how working with horses and being in nature can support clients at a deep somatic level, fostering profound insight and resilience.
