Dr Tahereh Maghsoudi is a Lecturer in Leadership, Organisations and Behaviour at Henley Business School.

She specialises in natural language processing to illuminate the subtle motivations and emotions of individuals within the workplace, providing critical insights that empower organisations to cultivate a more inclusive and supportive environment. This serves to ultimately enhance overall employee well-being and organisational performance.

Additionally, she is particularly passionate about digitalisation and artificial intelligence, investigating how these fast-growing technologies create new forms of workplaces and influence concepts and theories in organisational behavior. Tahereh is exploring the fascinating dynamic of how barriers to digital adoption can transform into facilitators for digital adaptation, ultimately shaping a more innovative and responsive work environment.

Tahereh holds a Doctorate in Business Economics from Rovira i Virgili University, Spain. Before joining Henley Business School, she served as a postdoctoral research fellow at Instituto de Estudios Superiores de la Empresa (IESE) Business School in Barcelona, Spain. As an interdisciplinary researcher, her interests encompass health and well-being, work meaningfulness, healthcare management and the application of machine learning techniques in human resource management and organisational behaviour.
