Steve Fannon is an External Module Convenor at Henley Business School.

He is a 'knowledgeable collaborator' who shares techniques, tools and improvement approaches, allowing individuals and organisations to deliver real improvement impact. He has over 20 years of experience in product and process quality improvement, teaching and coaching Lean Six Sigma 'Belts' at all levels.

Steve's experience spans manufacturing, engineering and business within a UK automotive original equipment manufacturer and their 'tier one' supply base. As a consultant, he has developed improvement capabilities across sectors including retail, business services, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and local government.

With qualifications as a Chartered Engineer, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and experienced Improvement Leader, Steve brings experience of practice across improvement approaches such as strategic improvement planning and project portfolio management, problem solving, process improvement, failure-mode avoidance, new product development and introduction, continuous improvement leadership and integration of operational excellence approaches. Steve has also developed work-based integrated learning programmes for process excellence, quality improvement and leadership, delivering success through partnership and collaboration.
