Sarah is an experienced trainer, manager, coach and HR professional. She has worked predominantly in the education sector, for over 25 years, with 13 years in senior management at a further education college, where she was Head of Apprenticeships.
Sarah is a qualified teacher with a Postgraduate Certificate in Education, a Postgraduate Certificate in Coaching, ILM Level 7 Executive Coaching and Mentoring, ILM Management Level 5 and CIPD Human Resource Management Level 5. She is also a Chartered Manager with CMI.
Developing people is her passion, and after completing postgraduate qualifications in Executive Coaching, Sarah diversified into the coaching field. Previous projects include implementing Coaching Programmes across two organisations; one in the corporate sector and one for a large further education group. Sarah is experienced in delivering management apprenticeships and management development Programmes.
Sarah’s role at Henley involves coaching apprentices on the Senior Leader Apprenticeship. She coached Henley’s first cohort of learners through to the successful achievement of their apprenticeship. The icing on the cake was the entire cohort being awarded distinction grades at their End-Point Assessment.
