Sara is an experienced executive coach and leadership development professional. She works with global organisations across a wide range of sectors and, through executive and team coaching, helps develop their internal coach capability as part of cultural change. Sara is a skilled assessor, a highly engaging facilitator and an intuitive coach.
Working with global consulting firms, Sara provides leadership and coach development, and leadership assessment. She is an accredited executive coach at Professional Certified Coach (PCC) level with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a faculty member on a number of accredited coach development programmes. She is also a member of the British Psychological Society and has significant experience in helping large corporate organisations develop their internal coach capability as part of organisational cultural change, as well as providing individual executive coaching, mentoring and supervision to senior leaders.
During her career, Sara has held a range of leadership roles in HR and L&D in aviation, banking and technology, and was selected by a leading global consultancy firm to develop their in-house coaching capability through the delivery of an ICF accredited programme. Sara has a pragmatic approach to maximising the potential every individual has to offer. She has a wealth of experience in key management and leadership assessment tools, including a range of psychometric instruments and leadership frameworks. She has studied on the European Transactional Analysis Programme, through the European Association for Transactional Analysis and she has studied with the College of Executive Coaching (US).
