- A multi-stakeholder approach to stakeholder communication: exploring the role of multi-stakeholder communication on stakeholders’ attitudes and behavioural intentions
Samuel Oluwatosin Lawal is a doctoral researcher under the supervision of Professor Kevin Money; Dr Irene Garnelo-Gomez; and Dr Anastasiya Saraeva, at Henley Business School.
He is a recipient of a full-time PhD scholarship within the Marketing & Reputation department at Henley Business School.
Sam's research aims to extensively review stakeholder communication practices and their influence on stakeholders’ attitudes and behavioural intentions. His work proposes a multi-stakeholder approach to stakeholder communication i.e. an approach that communicates from the perspective of multiple stakeholder groups. The proposed approach will be empirically tested to explore its influence on stakeholders’ attitudes and behavioural intentions. His work also draws on the theory of social cognition to explore the multi-dimensionality of attitudes, hence, he will be adopting implicit and explicit measures of attitudes and behaviour.
