Rohit’s research is focused on quantifying the relationship between board gender diversity and firm value and performance of US REITs. Furthermore, his research aims to investigate the impact board gender diversity could have on mergers and acquisitions and initial public offerings.
Rohit holds an MSc in Real Estate Finance and an MSc in Project Management, both from the University of Reading. Furthermore, he holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indian Education Society's Management College & Research Centre.
