As a strategy guru she has delivered transformative projects for global firms such as Honeywell, Coca-Cola, and AGL Energy.
In her Unleashing Capacity (2016), Rita introduces the ‘capacity framework’, which harnesses the power of business acumen to expand corporate capacity and drive change.
Rita has a BSc in Sociology, Brunel University, and a PGDip from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, of which she is a fellow.
