Professor Norbert Morawetz is a Professor in Entrepreneurship and Digital Innovation at Henley Business School and a creative business academic and digital entrepreneur.
Norbert leads a world-class portfolio of modules, programmes and activities at the Henley Centre for Entrepreneurship. His teaching excellence has been recognised, with Norbert winning the National Enterprise Educator of the Year Award. He is also the recipient of a National Teaching Fellowship in 2022, the highest recognition given to excellence and innovation in teaching and learning in the UK.
As an academic innovator, Norbert has created a number of innovative learning software tools which have been adopted at over 150 colleges and universities, impacting hundreds of thousands of students a year. He is the founder of Potential.ly, the skills wallet and skills development platform for students and young professionals. He also founded psychometric team analytics software Team-Match and social initiative Classof2020, which supported young people through the COVID-19 pandemic.
Norbert regularly consults and work with start-ups, SMEs and corporates. He has achieved over £1m in competitive funding bids for academic and teaching and learning projects.
