Nitzan Winograd is a second year doctoral researcher under the supervision of Professor Nada Kakabadse and Dr Nadeem Khan, at Henley business School.
She is exploring the influence of governance dynamics on value delivery. Her research question is: "How do the dynamics between the CEO and the Board of UK-based social enterprises shape the value that is to be delivered?".
Her former degrees are Mandel Social Leadership MBA and BA in Social Work, both from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Israel.
Prior to undertaking her PhD studies, Nitzan worked for few years in the Israeli social sector, mainly as program's director. Moreover, Nitzan volunteered in number of NGO's and youth programs and received few awards for her community involvement.
