Megan Meredith

Megan works with leaders to surface challenges and to create a deeper understanding of themselves and the systems in which they work. This enables them to release energy and talent to fulfil their purpose, and thus enjoy greater performance and productivity.

Megan completed a history degree at Cambridge University and then started her career in management and leadership roles in the NHS. She was a Director at the Audit Commission and KPMG Consulting, and a founding Director of the Social Investment Business, before moving full time into consultancy, coaching and leadership development. She was Director of the Organisational Development Practitioners programme at Roffey Park Institute.

Megan became increasingly interested in the role of the unconscious at work, and how the groups and context in which people work can so often influence the issues and challenges they face. She completed an MA in Consulting and Leadership; Systemic and Psychodynamic Approaches at the Tavistock Clinic (on which she is now a Visiting Lecturer), and then worked as a Principal Consultant at Tavistock Consulting. Until 2022 she was Director/co-Director of Tavistock Consulting’s Executive Coaching course.

Megan also has an MBA from Ecole Nationale de Paris and a Postgraduate Certificate in Coaching from Ashridge Business School. She is a certified Analytic Network Coach and Systemic Constellations Practitioner.
