Location
Lukas is a Lecturer in Real Estate within the Department of Real Estate & Planning.
Lukas studies topics in the intersection of Urban Economics and Urban and Regional Planning. In his research, he utilizes both partial equilibrium econometric tools and full equilibrium quantitative spatial models.
Lukas obtained his PhD in Economic Geography from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Prior to that he worked as a city planner at the Prague Institute of Planning and Development and worked for Deloitte Czech Republic in Real Estate Advisory.

- PhD in Economic Geography in 2024, the London School of Economics and Political Science
- MA in Applied Economics 2018, Center for Economic Research and Graduate Education – Economics Institute (CERGE-EI)
- Master's degree in Architecture and Urbanism 2014, Czech Technical University in Prague (graduated with honor)
