Dr Loua Khalil is a Lecturer in Leadership at Henley Business School.

Loua's primary research interests are leadership, leadership development, adult learning and action research. She is an experienced researcher with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education and industry.

She has conducted several leadership and leadership development studies in the field of post conflict peace-building. These leadership development programmes were mostly designed and funded by international non-governmental organisations and the United Nations affiliated institutions. Loua also has several years' experience conducting research with England and Wales police forces to improve their learning and development processes and structures, leading to a better overall organisational learning, and has designed and implemented the action research structure for the British Council.
