John is a coach, constellations facilitator and trainer. Working in parallel at the personal and organisational system level, he supports his clients and students in establishing a clearer sense of their place in their relationship systems.

John coaches and facilitates across the private and corporate sectors at board and executive level. His portfolio of clients includes individuals and teams from within the media, banking and luxury fashion industries, as well as from within the professional services and engineering industries.

His first book, Systemic Coaching and Constellations, was published in 2012. As a result of the unprecedented level of interest in the systemic coaching it describes, a second edition was published in 2016 and an expanded, refreshed third edition was released in 2020. It forms the backbone to the learning journey he and the team of international trainers offer around the world, online and in person.
