Firyuza Nafasova is a Henley Business School PhD student in the department of Leadership, Organisations, Behaviour and Reputation.
She has 15 years' experience working in various sectors, including academia, state and private sector and international development organisations. Her research interests cover public-private partnerships, leadership, organisational behaviour, clean energy transition and sustainable development.
Firyuza was awarded her MA degree with Distinction in Business and Management in Emerging Markets from the University of Reading in 2007. She also has a degree with Honors in Management from the International Turkmen-Turkish University, which she earned in 2005.
