Fiona has spent most of her career working internationally as an organisational development consultant. She has over 25 years of change management experience and has operated at a senior level for organisations in the private sector, third sector and for the Government.
An expert facilitator and leadership development coach, Fiona works with top teams on business strategy, team relationships and effectiveness. She coaches leaders on a variety of issues, including role transitions, personal impact and influence, and how to introduce change. Her doctoral research explored the experience of ethics and compliance practitioners seeking to introduce behavioural change following corporate ethical breakdown.
Fiona has been working with Gestalt-based approaches for over 20 years. Following her training in Gestalt at Work and Systemic Constellations, she has published, run workshops and spoken on the practical application of Gestalt in organisations. Her consulting experience includes designing and delivering a global ‘Leading Sustainable Change’ programme for an energy company, pan-European events for oncology leaders at Pfizer and supporting the BFI in re-imagining its role in the context of a digitalised screen sector. Her charitable work includes facilitating gatherings of senior leaders from all sectors of society on behalf of Windsor Leadership, and she is a speaker on leadership and ethics on the Police Strategic Command Course.
Fiona’s academic background is in business and organisation psychology. She has a master’s degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from the London School of Economics and a Professional Doctorate from Nottingham Business School.
Alongside her consultancy career, Fiona has an active involvement in London cabaret as an artist, reviewer and promoter. She has written, produced and performed two successful Edinburgh Festival Fringe shows.
