Ziyou Wang holds a PhD in Urban Economics from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and joined the department in August 2022 as a Lecturer in Real Estate.

Ziyou's research interests mainly focus on Behavioural Economics and Urban Economics. He teaches on the module related to development process and appraisal. Prior to joining the department, he was a Lecturer in Financial Economics at Coventry University London, and a Postdoc at University of Cambridge.
