Xiaolun is a Lecturer in Real Estate Finance at Henley Business School.
Xiaolun employs econometric methods and spatial techniques to study topics on urban economics, real estate, housing, and public policy. His research has been published in journals such as Journal of Urban Economics and Real Estate Economics, and has been quoted in The Economist, The Guardian, and The Telegraph, among other media outlets. Xiaolun has won different awards for his research and teaching such as the Nick Tyrrell Research Prize. He is the coordinator of the REP department brown bag research seminar.
