A leadership consultant and chartered clinical psychologist, she specialises in organisational dynamics and leadership consultancy, working with senior leaders across public, charity and commercial sectors.
Robyn completed a degree in Experimental Psychology at Oxford University, and then trained and worked in psychology services in the UK’s National Health Service for twenty years. Robyn has taught at a number of universities on professional doctoral degree programmes supervising both practice development and academic research. Throughout her career in the health and university sectors, Robyn became increasingly aware that the context in which any team, department or service is operating, impacts on the culture and effectiveness of the organisation.

Her experience here over eight years include global manufacturing, national and international grant-making charities, health, education and financial services.
Robyn continues to work as an organisational consultant, as a consultant staff member on Group Relations Conferences, and as a leadership coach.
