Dr Jongmin Lee researches on the structures, strategies, and management of multinational enterprises, with a particular focus on differentiated headquarters-subsidiary relationships.

Jong Min Lee (PhD, University of Reading, UK) is an Assistant Professor in International Business at the School of Business, Yonsei University, South Korea. Before joining Yonsei, he worked as an Associate Professor in International Business and Strategy at the Henley Business School, University of Reading, UK. His research interests sit at the intersection of international business, global strategic management, and international human resource management. His current research focuses on the management of multinational firms, with a particular interest in subsidiary portfolio characteristics and global staffing strategies. His recent works have appeared in the Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of World Business, Journal of International Management, and Journal of Business Ethics, among others. Over the last few years, his research has won multiple awards at International Business conferences such as Academy of International Business and European International Business Academy. He currently serves as a member of the editorial review board of the Journal of International Business Studies and as a reviewing editor for the Asian Business & Management.
