Location
Dr Christina Efthymiadou is a Lecturer in International Human Resource Management at Henley Business School. She is an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
Christina has worked as a Research Fellow at Politics and International Studies Department at Warwick University and as a Lecturer in International Business and Management at Bristol Business School, after competing a PhD in Intercultural Communication at Warwick University. She has also provided consulting services to organisations in the UK interested in EDI, while she has also been involved as a specialist in inclusive education in numerous UNICEF-funded national teachers' training programmes in Greece (through her collaboration with the University of Thessaly).
Her research focuses on identity construction issues in the workplace, which she studies through qualitative research methods. Her research interest areas include gender, trust, language and culture.
