As an experienced business facilitator and executive coach, Denise's focus is in helping individuals to develop their personal effectiveness in managing themselves and their teams, through simple and effective ways.
Throughout her career Denise has developed a diverse global client base spanning many sectors and industries. This has given her an excellent insight into the strategic and business challenges faced by managers and leaders in today's complex changing times. Assignments have included designing and implementing large scale learning events and projects, often including the development of internal facilitation resources.
In her role as an executive coach she often works with senior executives who are about to be, or have recently been, promoted to a new position.
Denise has an learning and development background, which she marries with her strong commercial understanding to help those she works with to develop successful strategies for themselves. She is a member of a number of professional bodies including the ICF (International Coaching Federation) and the AC (Association for Coaching) and is certificated in a wide range of psychometric and developmental tools.
