A business psychologist by education, Andrea spent the last 25 years supporting individuals, teams and organisations to become an even better version of themselves. The majority of her time is dedicated to designing and delivering bespoke leadership development programmes that accelerate individual growth, support strategy execution and drive cultural transformation.
They are targeted at high potentials in international corporations and professional services firms, who are being groomed for broader leadership responsibilities. Any time beyond those assignments is spent coaching individuals or teams – and learning from them.
Andrea started out as a consultant, being involved in large-scale change projects that ranged from the creation and implementation of a new sales philosophy to supporting organisations through restructures and mergers/acquisitions. She is an accredited executive coach with the Association for Professional Executive Coaching & Supervision (APECS), and holds Henley’s MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change alongside her German MSc in Psychology.
Having grown up in Japan and Pakistan Andrea delights in working internationally and currently focuses her corporate work on high growth regions, such as Asia, Latin America and Eastern Europe.
