Dr Aminu Bature is a Lecturer in Leadership and Change Management at Henley Business School.
As an interdisciplinary researcher, Aminu's interests include leadership, leadership development, change and project management, as well as environmental engineering and business development. His interdisciplinary doctoral research is based on the application of Lean Six Sigma and business development processes to identify process improvement opportunities (including employee performance) and develop growth opportunities for sustainable microalgae production in the livestock sector of developing countries.
Aminu has seven years of experience in project management and business development across a variety of industries, including higher education. His background is in the field of engineering and business management, with experience in project management and business development in the public sector and higher education.
Aminu's vision is to utilise his knowledge, skills and experience to improve the resilience of communities, especially in the developing countries. By fostering adaptive management and leadership, Aminu aims to support communities towards an environmentally sustainable future.
