Henley Business School has been rated as one of the UK’s top 10 business schools for its Masters in Management programme, placing at number 8 in this year’s Financial Times (FT) rankings. Demonstrating that students who study at Henley have some of the best employment prospects, Henley performed well for graduate employability, career progress and salary. The business school achieved a UK top 10 ranking for the percentage of students employed three months after completing the programme; number 8 in the UK for career progress which considers the growth in the level of seniority as well as the size of organisations that graduates are working for, and number 6 for salary increase, with Henley graduates reporting a 43% increase in their salaries since course completion.

Professor George Alexandridis, Head of Pre-Experience Postgraduate Programmes at Henley Business School, said:

“At Henley, we are focused on providing a transformational experience for our students, one that opens their eyes to the opportunities of working in today’s challenging business world. We’re extremely proud of these latest FT rankings, they are a fantastic achievement and a testament to the hard work of our faculty, programme directors, programme administrators and client-facing teams in ensuring our learners are readied with the responsible management practices and employability skills to become resilient managers in the future.”

As a truly international business school, Henley is committed to championing diversity and inclusion, and our world class faculty brings a wealth of disciplinary backgrounds and experience. The FT recognised this and Henley was rated highly:

Henley Business School and the University of Reading are committed to working towards net zero carbon emission targets and those green credentials were also rated by the FT with Henley ranked at number 1 in the UK and in the top 10 in Europe and the world for its carbon footprint measure.

Finally, the FT rankings measure overall satisfaction, which is based on the average evaluation by alumni of the Masters programme. In 2023, Henley is placed in the top 10 in the UK, number 57 in Europe and number 79 in the world.

A total of 100 business schools from around the world were ranked by the FT.
