Henley academic wins double award

Dr Jong Min Lee (IBS) has won two awards at the recent European International Business Academy (EIBA) Award Conference for his paper titled “Intellectual property regimes and knowledge governance in MNEs: Expatriate staffing in manufacturing subsidiaries”.

He won the Best Paper award in the Innovation and Knowledge Management category, as well as the Copenhagen Business School Prize for the Best International Business Paper written by a young International Business scholar.

Dr Lee said: “This paper provides some important implications to research and practice pertaining to MNE management in different intellectual property regimes in general and expatriate utilization in particular.”
