Future Trends in Coaching
The provision of coaching is changing as the world starts to consider the ‘new normal’. Published by Henley Business School, this research project highlights the current views of coaches about the future landscape of coaching, including the impact of online coaching.
This report provides an overview of the main findings from the 2021 Future Trends research project. The study was planned in 2020 and undertaken during a four-week period in June 2021. This is one of a number of publications that aim to share the results from this study. Innovative firms which anticipate the coming changes will have huge opportunities to exploit – and doing so can be very profitable for those up to the challenge. Lazy businesses, doing well in the current economy, will be hit hard.
