Henley Centre for Leadership delivers 'Work 2028 - Trends, Dilemmas and Choices' report
Professor Bernd Vogel, Director of Henley Centre for Leadership, and Obiageli Heidelberger-Nkenke, PhD student in Leadership, Organisations and Behaviour, partnered with Deutsche Telekom and Detecon International to deliver a report titled 'Work 2028 – Trends, Dilemmas and Choices'.
The report featured interviews with 50 influential business and societal leaders from several countries to identify 16 projections on how work and leadership will look in 2028. These trends in societies, organisations, work and leadership will provide businesses with actionable intelligence to open up debates and make choices for the future of leadership and work today.
