Heads Together and Row: Day 38
On day 38 of the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge, Heads Together and Row have shared an email by Justin on the important subject of mental health awareness.
The team are taking part in the race to raise money and awareness for UK mental health charities Mind and Combat Stress, under the Heads Together campaign, which is led by the young royals.
All four members of the crew have had experience of mental health issues in the past, either personally or through family, friends or colleagues, and mental health awareness is a cause close to all of their hearts.
You can read the email on the Heads Together and Row Facebook page, and watch Justin talking about the importance of mental health awareness in the video below.
Visit the Heads Together and Row website to find out how you can support the team and their charities.
