‘Mr Embodiment’ (Mark Walsh) is the founder of Embodiment Unlimited and author of Embodiment, Working With the Body in Training and Coaching, and Embodied Meditation. Mark went out to Ukraine twice during the recent conflict and set up saneukraine.org, a charity now run solely by Ukrainian professionals to provide trauma and embodiment training to trainers, therapists and coaches.

He gained an honours in psychology (despite being an alcoholic at the time) and has taught widely in the corporate world.

He has worked in war zones, and entertained over 50,000 children, has headlined International Coach Federation events, taught at Moscow State University, lived with the circus in Ethiopia, taught celebrities and kissed a princess.
