Description
Based on Dr Mark Powell’s latest book The Fifth Phase, this webinar will explore the development of data, analytics and AI, and the challenges faced by organisations in using this technology to achieve significant transformation in business outcomes. Despite the recent negative press on the risks of AI, few organisations have used the full potential of AI and analytics due to their own issues around structures and cultures.
Using case studies from both the private and public sector, we will explore the nature of AI – its potential as well as the risks and challenges – and what organisations and leaders need to do to take advantage of the world of data and analytics in the future.
