In this webinar, Paul Lambert, Programme Director for Henley’s People and Organisational Change programmes and a partner in an international consultancy, will explore a human-centred approach to transformation in organisations.

He will draw on a diverse set of significant transformation case studies (from engineering to real estate to not for profit). As part of this he will introduce a practical framework that HR leaders, business leaders and change/OD practitioners can apply.

There will be an opportunity to ask questions and explore the material further as part of the webinar.

Paul is a partner in Prophet’s London office. He works with senior teams across EMEA to shape operating models, the future workforce and culture to deliver client growth. For over 20 years, he’s partnered with clients as diverse as Axel Springer, BP, DHL, Tate and Lyle, Thales and Network Rail to bring about transformational change.

Paul is married with two teenage daughters and lives in the Surrey Hills. He enjoys the outdoor life including mountain biking and open-water swimming.
