Everybody wants to change something, whether it is work, life, yourself or someone else. Founded on leading research and powerful evidence-based psychological principles, this webinar will demonstrate how you can bring about positive change in your life.
Bursting with powerful tips, tricks, advice and guidance taken from interviews with some of the most positive and productive people in the world, from Muhammad Ali and Sir Richard Branson to Sir Alex Ferguson and Jonny Wilkinson. At the end of the session there will be a practical tool kit provided – 31 days of inspiration – to help apply the lessons you learned to your work, play and home environments. This ensures the impact generated is sustainable and creates real results for each individual.

Professor Damian Hughes
Professor Damian Hughes is an international speaker and bestselling author who combines his practical and academic background within sport, organisational development and change psychology to help organisations and teams create a high-performing culture.
Damien is Professor of Organisational Psychology and Change for Manchester Metropolitan University. He is also the co-host of The High Performance podcast, author of eight business books and was on the coaching team for England Rugby League, Scotland Rugby Union and a wide range of international and national sporting teams.
