Description

Think of this webinar as personal TLC. With stress, workload, anxiety and burnout on the up, it’s high time you gave yourself some high-quality time out to reflect and rejuvenate. We all need to tap into our resilience – or what Dr Andy Cope refers to as ‘bouncebackability’. Good news, everyone on the planet contains what Ann Masten calls ‘ordinary magic’; it’s built into the human operating system. Ordinary magic is our ability to bounce back when things get heavy. The fantastic thing about bouncebackability is that it increases over time, so the more we put the tools and techniques into practice, the more we build strong and resilient human beings.

Bouncebackability taps into the latest thinking in areas of positive psychology, post-traumatic growth, growth mindsets, learned optimism and explanatory styles. Andy’s approach is one of simplicity, focusing on common sense, doable principles and loads of fun. Summed up in one sentence, bouncebackability is: when the world does its worst – which it will – it’s even more important that we know how to be at our best.
