After graduating from Henley Business School many graduates start their career in London or another city in the UK, before eventually specialising in a specific field after their APC. Annual targets determine promotions within a teams and opportunities within your location are great for progression. But what about moving overseas as an alternative route to progress your career? Working overseas may not appeal to everyone and the working culture may be quite different to what you are used to, but there are undeniable benefits of gaining international exposure both professionally and in your own personal development.
In this webinar we will be joined by a dynamic panel of speakers who will be discussing their unique experiences of living and working in Australia, as well as their top tips on how to make the most of international opportunities to advance your career. There will be an opportunity to ask our speakers questions during the event.
Our Panel:
Sam Saghir-Pashley, CBRE Capital Markets Asia Pacific
Elena Mai, Associate Director - Operational Capital Markets, Savills
Amy Tudor, Associate Director - Knight Frank Australia
About the RG10 Group:
The RG10 group was set-up to support alumni from the School of Real Estate and Planning who have graduated in the last 10 years. Run by a committee of recent graduates, its primary objective is to encourage and support early career alumni to build and maintain their networks in the industry. Through both formal and informal events such as Profile Talks, building tours, networking evenings and sports events, the group helps to foster and nurture relationships and networks which are invaluable within the industry, and all funds raised from the events are used to support the aims of the charity. The RG10 group also support the activities of RREF by becoming mentors and returning to campus to speak to students at the RREF Careers Fair and Evening Lectures.
If you are a Henley Real Estate Graduate of the last ten years, please join us on Henley Live. Simply Request to Join and then visit the Groups tab to search for RG10.
