Online Conference 2022 - Coaching the System: Leaders, Teams, Organisations and the Environment

The 2021 Henley Coaching Research Study revealed an increasing shift towards team coaching, online coaching, greater international/cross-border coaching and concern for the environment.

The 2022 Henley Coaching Conference explores these future trends in coaching. By looking at the multiple systems which coaches work within, we will explore coaching the team, coaching across the organisation and coaching to benefit the wider world: What does it mean to be a team coach? How can you leverage your knowledge to serve the organisation’s stakeholders, not just the client in front of you? How can you deliver a ripple of benefits for the network, not just for the team? What are the new rules of the game for systemic coaching?

The conference hopes to provide some answers, as well as pose some new questions, supporting you to be the best coach you can be through sharing the latest thinking and research from leading experts from across the world, brought together for this digital event.

By attending this event live, you will receive 7.75 CCE units from the ICF and 10 CPD hours from the AC.

This year’s Coaching Conference offers you the opportunity to continue your CPD journey.

There will be facilitated sessions running concurrently during the day. There will be breaks between sessions and delegates can leave and re-join at any point during the day.

The Henley Centre for Coaching will be recording this online conference for the purposes:
