The Henley Professional Certificate in Team and Systemic Coaching
13:45 - 14:45
This programme extends further than one-to-one coaching to address system-wide organisational change and development.
It is studied part-time over 9 months.
With an increased focus on organisational performance, the programme enables participants to better understand the complexities of systems within organisations, inter-group relationships and working with stakeholders at all levels. As a coaching professional you will be better equipped to deliver individual, team and organisational change and support the high demand for better performing teams.
This programme can be used as the 60 hours of team coaching education required by the ICF for their Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC). The Henley Professional Certificate in Supervision
14:45 - 15:30
The Professional Certificate in Supervision is a programme where you learn by doing. You will engage in reflective practice throughout. You will be required to undertake coaching supervision during the course, and reflect on your learning. This will be supported by core content which will incorporate key supervision models and frameworks for working with individuals and groups. The approach adopted is one of an adult learning community and we aim to create a psychologically safe learning space where we can all learn together.
It is studied part-time over 9 months. The programme is EMCC accredited and provides 35 ICF CCE credits (25 core competencies and 10 resource development).
Accreditation
Our programmes offer a wide-ranging approach to coaching styles, techniques and practice and are variously accredited by the Association for Coaching, International Coaching Federation and the European Mentoring & Coaching Council.
